How much does shipping cost? 

Almost all of our products include Free WORLDWIDE shipping. To ensure that you get your order as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may be shipped out separately.  

How long does delivery take?

You should expect to receive your order within 2-4 weeks. Due to the high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out at info@kingdomkawaii.com and we will make it right. :)

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

Absolutely! We want you to be able to monitor your shipments progress, after all, isn’t the part of the fun? Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email along with your tracking number.

I’ve entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

It happens to the best of us, if this happens to you, please email us as soon as possible and if the order has not yet been dispatched we may be able to make this change.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Cancelations must occur within the first 6 hours of the order being placed as we process orders as quickly as possible so that you can get your kawaii stuff quickly! 


What about customs, duties, taxes or tariffs?

Unfortunately we have no control over this as we ship products worldwide and these rules and regulations differ from country to country. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure if this will be a problem, KingdomKawaii is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

What Is the return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or does not arrive. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within one week at info@kingdomkawaii.com with details/photos or the product and we will notify you via email if you are entitled to a refund or replacement at our discretion.
